Terms of Service

Terms governing use of our website and services.

Office

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website globalploverconsultancy.com and the services offered by Global Plover Consultancy (“Global Plover”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the site, submitting an enquiry, joining our community channels, or purchasing/engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

1. About our services

Global Plover Consultancy provides professional services that may include:

  • IT and software training (live, hybrid, or self-paced components)
  • Certification preparation and exam voucher facilitation (where available)
  • Career counselling and placement assistance
  • Visa documentation guidance and process support
  • Digital marketing services
  • Website, eCommerce, and application development
  • Related consulting, community education, and career resources

Specific deliverables, fees, timelines, and service levels for paid engagements are set out in enrolment forms, proposals, statements of work (SOWs), invoices, or written agreements (“Service Agreements”). If a Service Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Service Agreement controls for that engagement.

2. Eligibility and account accuracy

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent where required.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current information in forms and enrolment documents.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials we issue and for activity under your account.

3. Website use

You may use the website for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes related to evaluating or receiving our services. You agree not to:

  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content without permission
  • Introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt site integrity
  • Impersonate any person or entity or submit false information
  • Use the site to spam, harass, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Reverse engineer or circumvent security or access controls

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the site, users, or our business.

4. Training programmes and certifications

  • Course outlines, schedules, trainers, and formats may be updated to reflect industry or vendor changes; we will communicate material changes reasonably.
  • Certification exams are administered by independent bodies. Passing is not guaranteed. Exam fees, ID requirements, and policies are set by those vendors.
  • Voucher availability, pricing, and validity windows may change based on vendor programmes.
  • Recordings, labs, and materials (if provided) are licensed for personal learning use by the enrolled learner only, unless a corporate licence is agreed in writing.

5. Placement assistance — important limitations

Placement support may include resume guidance, interview preparation, job leads, and introductions to hiring partners. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, salary levels, or job offers. Outcomes depend on your skills, performance, market conditions, employer decisions, and eligibility. You authorise us to share your profile with prospective employers only when you request placement support or otherwise consent.

6. Visa services — important limitations

Visa-related services are limited to documentation guidance, checklists, and process support unless a separate licensed immigration advisory engagement is expressly stated. We do not guarantee visa approval, interview outcomes, or processing times. Final decisions rest solely with government authorities. You remain responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of documents you submit.

7. Digital marketing and development projects

  • Client projects proceed under an agreed scope, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
  • Client delays in providing content, access, feedback, or approvals may shift timelines.
  • Third-party costs (ads spend, domains, hosting, licenses, plugins, app-store fees) are borne by the client unless stated otherwise.
  • Ad platform or search-engine results are not guaranteed; performance depends on market factors outside our control.
  • Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables transfers as specified in the Service Agreement; pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks remain with their respective owners.

8. Fees, payments, and refunds

  • Fees are as quoted in writing or published for a specific programme/offer.
  • Payments are due per the invoice or enrolment schedule. Late payments may pause delivery.
  • Refunds, deferrals, and batch transfers are governed by the enrolment/Service Agreement for that programme. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable after access to materials, live sessions, or project kickoff has begun.
  • Taxes may apply as required by law.

9. Intellectual property

The website, branding, logos, courseware, presentations, lab designs, templates, and other materials are owned by Global Plover Consultancy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials solely for the purpose of receiving the purchased service. You may not copy, resell, publicly redistribute, or create competing courses from our materials without prior written consent.

10. Testimonials and portfolio use

Unless you opt out in writing, we may reference your company name/logo (for B2B work) or anonymised success outcomes in case studies and marketing. Student testimonials are used only with permission or when submitted for publication.

11. Community and communications (including WhatsApp)

If you join our WhatsApp community or messaging channels, you agree to communicate respectfully, avoid spam or unlawful content, and not share others’ personal data without permission. We may remove members who violate community standards. Community content is not a substitute for formal counselling or contractual advice.

12. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other’s non-public business information received in connection with a Service Agreement and use it only for performing that engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or already public through no fault of the receiving party.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

14. Third-party services

The website and our programmes may integrate or link to third parties (payment processors, exam vendors, cloud labs, WhatsApp, hosting, analytics, app stores). Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or content.

15. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in a Service Agreement, services and website content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that training alone will produce any particular career or business result. Professional advice (legal, immigration, tax, investment) is outside the default scope of our services unless separately engaged.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
  • Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the website or a particular engagement shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for that engagement in the three (3) months preceding the claim (or, for free website use, INR 1,000).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, fraud or wilful misconduct).

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Plover Consultancy and its trainers, staff, and partners from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, breach of these Terms, inaccurate information you provide, or your violation of law or third-party rights — except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

18. Suspension and termination

We may suspend services for non-payment, policy violations, or security risks. You may stop using the website at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (fees owed, IP, confidentiality, liability limits, indemnity) will survive termination.

19. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, epidemics, labour disputes, utility/internet failures, or changes in law or vendor platforms — provided the affected party uses reasonable efforts to mitigate.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Parties will first attempt good-faith resolution before formal proceedings.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. The “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. For material changes affecting active paid enrolments, we will provide notice through reasonable channels.

22. Miscellaneous

  • If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
  • Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
  • You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign in connection with a business transfer.
  • These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and applicable Service Agreements, are the entire agreement regarding website use and general service conditions.

23. Contact

These Terms are a general framework for website and service use and are not a substitute for a signed commercial contract or legal advice.
